Casteltech comes from a history of over 40 years in the industrial electronic sector, in fact in 1976 Germano Gambi, coming from Telettra (a pivotal company in the telecommunications sector after World War II), founded Melind Snc in Castell'Arquato in a beautiful medieval village nestled in the Piacenza hills .
In 1985, his sons Valter and Norberto opened the Elcab company in the adjacent shed and took over Melind a few years later, expanding the structure and reaching a staff of almost 30 people in the early 90s.
In 1993 Elcab equips itself with SMT assembly machines, a technology that will prove to be a winner for the development of the sector and continues its growth until, in 2015, it obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 certification.
In 2019 Adriano, supported by the partners Loretta, Cristina and Mattia with many years of experience, driven by the desire to grow and innovate, takes the helm of the company, thus inaugurating CastelTech and proudly carrying on the company founded by his grandfather Germano, now third generation.
Thanks to the experience of the members gained over the years and to a new working approach in a rapidly changing sector, Casteltech establishes itself in the space of 2 years as an important reality in the province of Piacenza, starting an innovative phase in the technological and training field, to guarantee its customers professionalism, high quality and efficiency.
